Yes - this was added to the latest release. You can download iscsi-ha here: halizard.org/release/iscsi-ha/iscsi-ha-2.1.4_29881.tgz

It can be installed on top of your existing version.

The change will make repeated attempts to start DRDB until success

Should I migrate everything over to the other server while I do the install?

Should I install this on master or slave first? Does it matter?

No need to migrate any data. You can run the installer on a live system. Make sure to answer YES to keep your existing configuration when prompted. If you want to be safe, make a backup of /etc/iscsi-ha/iscsi-ha.conf
