Please forgive me if I simply haven't done the right searching to find the necessary information.
I installed HA-Lizard back in January of 2016 on XenServer 6.5 I have version 1.8.8 installed. Now I see there's version 2.1.3 and am wondering: how to go about upgrading? I used the NoSAN installer - ver 1.4.7 (which I noted hasn't changed) Would I just download the latest versions of iSCSI-HA and HA-lizard and use the install script included?

Correct - download the individual packages (ha-lizard and iscsi-ha) and run the install script for each.
