In looking at the data you provided, we can tell that the slave is disconnected and does NOT have up-to-date data. Given this, the split brain recovery procedure is safe as long as you ensure that the master is the split brain survivor and the slave is the split brain victim. You will be prompted on each host to make this selection and it is imperative that they do not get mixed up.

Most importantly, you should fully backup your VMs with a full export as a precaution. The procedure will not interrupt the function of the cluster or any VMs. The only thing you will experience is slightly slower disk speeds while any missing data is being restored to the slave host.
