It looks like your slave is self fencing because it fails to fence the master. Check your heuristic_ips setting.

you should set the heuristic ip to a local address on the same LAN as the management network (not the same as the IP in the video)

FENCE_HEURISTICS_IPS

In your test case your slave MUST be able to see the IP set in FENCE_HEURISTICS_IPS otherwise it will self fence due to it not being able to see the master AND having no network access to the FENCE_HEURISTICS_IPS
