Although HA cannot be achieved with VMs backed by local storage, HA-Lizard can still be used to manage these VMs and auto-start them in the event of a VM crash or reboot of a host. This is achieved by setting SLAVE_VM_STAT to 1 using the CLI tool as follows:

"ha-cfg set SLAVE_VM_STAT 1"
