I just run the installer on brand new xenserver 6.5 with all patches and the script fails with fallowing error:

Any idea what is causing it?

You may have selected more than one disk for the local SR when installing XenServer. The installer does not support conversion of local storage when the local SR spans more than one disk.

You should be able to manually pass in the path to the disk if you run the installer again (this is done by selecting NO when prompted to convert local SR).

Yes it was, and I was able to continue and then add second SR.
It would be cool if the script worked for multiple SRs
