This can occur if your pool only has a Master and no Slaves. Can you provide some details on your pool configuration (specifically how many hosts are in the pool)? If you have more than just a Master, which host is sending the alert (Master or a Slave)?

I don't configure salve but just use HA to monitor the VM and auto start after reboot.

Can please advice on how to disable the MAster salve feature?

In this case, it is best to simply disable the email alert. You can disable/enable many of the alert messages in the override configuration file /etc/ha-lizard/ha-lizard.conf

Towards the bottom of the file you will see where email alerts and logging can be enabled or disabled by function.

You should set:
MAIL_write_pool_state=0

The chnage will take effect immediately with no need to restart services.
