Hi

I've completed setting up a pool with the drbd/iSCSI SR. I've installed Windows 2012 on a VM in the pool. All is good.
But I've noticed that the host name I've given one of the servers needs to be changed.
Is changing the hostname of a server in a pool a simple task as doing the following:
1. Go to Xen Server console
2. Navigate to Network and Management interface and press enter
3. Navigate to configure management interface and press enter
4. Select Ethernet, select static, change the hostname and it will ask whether to change the hostname in XEN Center or not.
5. Save the settings, your hostname changed.

Then editing the drbd.conf.

Is there anywhere else I need to change it so that my pool and drbd disks don't break.

Cheers

Daryl

That's correct.. the only place where the hostname is statically set would be in drbd.conf

Hi,

We tried the first option and got an error saying Configuration Failed: ().

Any ideas why this would be happening.

Thanks
