We have not done any testing or development around Gluster, however, HA-Lizard should work normally so long as the storage is exposed to XenServer in a manner that allows a VM to be started on any of the hosts (as is in case in iSCSI/NFS backed storage)

Correct - you will only need HA-Lizard.
- Download the latest tarball
- tar -zxvf filename
- cd into the "scripts" folder
- ./install
