It's a glibc dependence error.

I need it to compile DRBD for installing from source

Any help to solve it?

We have prepared DRBD binaries for XenServer 6.2 in the iscsi-ha latest release. You can download the tarball in the downloads section of the web site. Extract the files and look in the /iscsi-ha/RPM/ folder. There you will find DRBD RPMs for both XenServer 6.1 and 6.2 kernels.
