I got a 2 hosts ha-pool, with a bonded link of 2x10GB.

I've seen a RATE 100M in drbd.conf

Do i need to adjust any parameter to get the best performance in this link?

This is a well documented topic for DRBD. See this link - you can configure your syncer rate to be substantially higher in your case.
