Hello,
I would like to ask a question:

- is your software installed on DOM0?
- do you modify xcp installation?
- do you also modify "official" xenserver dom0?

Thanks,
Mario

Hello,
Please see responses below:

- is your software installed on DOM0?
Yes - the software is installed in dom0 on each host

- do you modify xcp installation?
no - no settings related to XCP or XenServer are changed in any way. The software resides in userland and stores/maintains its own configuration/settings independantly.

- do you also modify "official" xenserver dom0?
no - same as above. There are no modifications, just additions. Namely init scripts in /etc/init.d and program/configuration files in /etc/ha-lizard/

The HA-Lizard components (HA-Lizarad and optionally iscsi-HA) do not need to be upgraded when applying patches to XenServer - however - if the patch includes an updated dom0 kernel you must update the DRBD kernel module if you are using DRBD for replication. Our iscsi-ha releases include DRBD kernel modules for all the recent XenServer kernels.
