If I convert availible storage to high availibility during ha-lizard install, why deos the converted part appear as /dev/sdb?

For example:

I got one 64GB ssd as drive.

fdisk sees:

Disk /dev/sdb: 55.4 GB, 55430520832 bytes

Disk /dev/sdb doesn't contain a valid partition table

Here /dev/sda1 is the root partition and the 55GB part is the ha-converted part. Why is that /dev/sdb?

Further diagnosis: after master change as this forum post, i am experiencing the same problem as the user:

by any chance, is your 64GB SSD drive really a RAID with two disks? I have seen cases where xenserver does not support a RAID controller and will expose each disk individually instead of a single RAIDed disk.
