Hi Salvatore,

HA-Lizard is very nice.
During installation i had to set an heuristic IP.

I get some entries in my log:

Heuristic IP isn't responding to pings.
What can I do to resolve such problem?

I found my mistake...
I had to set an IP address which is responding to pings.

Now I set our router and errors are gone.

For everyone following this thread - stable updates are available for download.

If you have already built a 2-node pool on XenServer 7 using the noSAN installer, you will need to upgrade 2 components:

halizard.org/release/xenserver-7.x/ha-li.../ha-lizard-2.1.2.tgz
halizard.org/release/xenserver-7.x/iscsi-ha/iscsi-ha-2.1.1.tgz

Untar each in a convenient place like /tmp and run the install script on top of your existing installation. All settings will be preserved.

If building a 2-node pool from scratch on XenServer 7, then run the installer which will automatically grab the latest versions:
halizard.org/release/xenserver-7.x/noSAN...osan_installer_2.1.0

Hi Everyone ,

I tried to install ha_lizard_nosan installer for our 2 Xen Server for HA.
Everything went well but i got an error on xencenter . When adding Storage Repository ( SR ), it has successfully added but in Storage tab , it writes primary host connected and secondary has failure status .

Could someone help me about the problem _?

(According to me we have some missing things on replication network. Hosts take their ip addresses but can not ping each other.)

(Management IP addresses are; 192.168.10.250 and 251 , and they can ping each other , heurostic ip is my gateway , 192.168.10.1)
(replication IP addresses are ; 10.10.10.1 and 10.10.10.2 , and shared is 10.10.10.3 , they can ping just themselves , ex ;10.10.10.1 is ping itself but cannot ping to 10.10.10.2 and 3 )

What version of iscsi-ha are you running?
We've added ARP updates on the replication network in iscsi-ha version 2.1.2 that should address this issue.
